In this FREE workshop led by physical therapist and women's health specialist Nicole Mikulski, you'll learn reasons why stretching is so important for women. Nicole will guide you through a full stretching program to help you lengthen the muscles women need most and teach you new tricks to help you actively relax for more mobility, better posture, and less tension that commonly leads to pain. You'll leave with a new understanding of how your body works and how to best support it with stretching!
