Utilizing Breathwork to Manage Stress & Decrease Pain

In this interactive workshop, physical therapist Nicole Mikulski will guide you through the importance of breathwork and how good breath patterns can affect and benefit the whole body. Pain in the neck, lower back, pelvic floor, tailbone, ribs, shoulder blades and more can be related to poor breath patterns. Proper breath also helps combat high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, and brain fog. You'll learn breath awareness practices and specialized breathing techniques to help you better manage stress, promote holistic health, reduce pain, and prevent postural and spinal stiffness from stored tension.
