Physical Therapy: 10 x 30min Express Sessions Package
This package includes 10 (30 minute) one-on-one physical therapy sessions with Nicole, addressing all components of your condition with orthopedic manual physical therapy, rehabilitation through strength and stability training, and lifestyle modification and consulting. This is ideal for current patients who want continued assistance achieving their goals but don’t require as much in-depth care as when they initially started therapy, or for those who’d like an impromptu session as they need it.
Note: A 60 minute evaluation is required to start any treatment program. Nicole will discuss with patients whether they would benefit from express sessions vs full sessions at the initial evaluation.
