Bundle: Prenatal/Postpartum Coaching Sessions & Virtual Workouts
This package includes 3 (45 minute) one-on-one sessions each (3 Prenatal and 3 Postpartum) of mobility, stretching, stabilization, breathwork, pelvic floor exercise, strength training, yoga training, and other interventions to guide your towards your personal goals during your prenatal or postpartum journey. Interventions will be recommended and discussed with the patient at the initial assessment and progressed at each session.
This bundle also includes both online workout programs: Strong as a mother Prenatal Fitness Program (7 workouts), and Core Intensive/Postpartum Fitness program (14 workouts), so you can continue building your strength, flexibility, and core stability at home outside of coaching sessions.
Note: A prenatal/postpartum initial assessment is required to start any coaching program.
